| As of the 28th November 2009, the POLi service will no longer be available to merchants wishing to accept payments from consumers using UK-based Internet banking facilities. |
| Whilst this decision is disappointing, it has not been taken lightly and based on the evidence at hand, we believe that focussing on the Asia-Pacific region in the short to medium term will prove more beneficial to the long term prospects of Centricom and the POLi service. |
| Centricom is committed to honouring existing agreements, including the provision of support services up until this date. |
